WELCOME!

Established in 2008, the Political Psychology Laboratory at Universitas Indonesia is a leading center dedicated to understanding the intersection of politics and human behavior. Our research explores how political landscapes, ideologies, and social dynamics influence decision-making, identity, and collective action.

Through evidence-based methods, we analyze political attitudes, voter behavior, radicalization processes, and the psychological mechanisms behind extremism. Our work contributes to policymaking, counterterrorism efforts, and the development of strategies to foster democratic resilience and social cohesion.

At the forefront of political behavioral studies in Indonesia, we collaborate with experts, institutions, and communities to produce impactful research and practical solutions. Explore our work and join us in advancing the understanding of political psychology for a more informed and engaged society.

These phenomena often arise from complex socio-political, economic, and psychological factors. By examining the motivations and ideologies behind such actions, we can develop more effective strategies for prevention and intervention.
